Rangers have reportedly made an improved bid for PSV Eindhoven winger Couhaib Driouech, 24, according to The Sun.
PSV Squad Situation
Driouech was left out of PSV’s squad for their match against Fortuna Sittard, according to Inside Futbol. The report states this was not because a transfer is imminent.
Previous Bid Rejected
The development follows an earlier report that PSV had rejected an improved Rangers offer for Driouech.
